This Code of Practice sets out the principles and standards that govern our professional conduct, ensuring fairness, transparency, and integrity in all dealings with clients, casting professionals, and industry partners.

Core Principles 

  • Professionalism: We act with honesty, respect, and accountability in all interactions. 

  • Equality & Diversity: We promote inclusivity and do not tolerate discrimination based on age, gender, ethnicity, disability, or any protected characteristic. 

  • Transparency: Commission rates, terms of representation, and contractual obligations are clearly communicated to all clients. 

  • Confidentiality: Personal and professional information is handled securely and shared only when necessary for legitimate business purposes. 

  • Open Communication: We maintain open dialogue to address any concerns promptly and constructively. ​

 

Safeguarding Policy 

We are committed to creating a safe environment for all clients and staff: 
- Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Physical, emotional, or sexual abuse will not be tolerated. 
- Reporting Procedures: Any safeguarding concerns must be reported immediately to the designated safeguarding officer. 
- Background Checks: Where appropriate, we ensure compliance with DBS checks for individuals working with vulnerable persons. 
- Training: Staff and representatives receive safeguarding training to recognize and respond to risks. 
- Safe Communication: All communication with minors or vulnerable adults is monitored and conducted professionally.

  • Data We Collect: Personal details, professional information (CV, headshots), and website usage data. 

  • How We Use Data: Representation management, casting opportunities, legal compliance, and website improvements. 

  • Legal Basis: Contractual necessity, consent, legal compliance, legitimate interests. 

  • Sharing: Only with casting professionals, service providers, and authorities when required by law. We never sell data. 

  • Retention: Data is kept only as long as necessary or legally required.

Representation Standards 

We represent actors fairly and avoid conflicts of interest. We encourage clients to maintain multiple representation where beneficial. Actors can seek representation from other agents. If they wish to leave, one month's notice is required, but we maintain open communication to speak through any concerns. If an actor leaves; any jobs secured by the Agency, we will receive commission. If the actor secures a job independently, we will not receive any commission.

Financial Practices 

  • Commission rates: 

  • 20% for TV/Film 

  • 10% for Theatre 

  • No hidden fees; prompt and transparent payments. ​

 

Complaints Handling 

Clients may raise concerns via email or phone. Complaints are handled promptly, fairly, and confidentially. We aim to resolve issues through open communication and constructive dialogue.
