My Story

I am pleased to introduce myself. With over 30 years of professional acting experience across television, film, and theatre, and a background in Instinctual Acting for Camera, I have recently expanded my expertise to include film production, with credits such as "A Quiet Exit" by Marco Mastocola and "Casting Doubt" by Alex Gwyther. My passion for the art of acting is profound and enduring. In 1995, I had the privilege of managing The Alternative Drama School in London SE1 for an extended period.

Leveraging my extensive industry experience, I am excited to announce the launch of the Mary MacWilliam Acting Agency. This agency is dedicated to representing actors aged 50 and above, with a focus on securing casting opportunities in television and film at a standard 20% commission, and 15% for theatre. My expertise uniquely positions me to address the specific needs of actors seeking representation. I also encourage actors to explore representation with other agents.

In addition to representation, I offer services to enhance actors' online presence by updating websites and profiles, ensuring they make a lasting impression on casting directors. I look forward to embarking on this exciting journey together.
